Velex works with qualified suppliers and subcontractors who are committed to delivering high quality services while always keeping safety at the forefront.


Prospective suppliers must meet certain minimum qualification requirements. These requirements may vary by product and service type; however, the common elements are listed below:

Federal Tax
ID Potential suppliers must have a valid Employer Identification Number (EIN), also known as a Federal Tax Identification Number.
Insurance Requirements
On a per project basis; suppliers must carry insurance coverage compatible with customer requirements:
  • General Liability
  • Damage to Rented Premises
  • Auto
  • Workers Comp
  • Umbrella Coverage
Safety is at the forefront for Velex. Suppliers and subcontractors selected to work on Velex projects are expected to comply fully with all applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and Velex safety requirements.
Financial Stability
To validate stability, Velex may require suppliers and subcontractors to submit financial information.
Quality Standards
Suppliers are expected to provide high-quality materials and services that are fully warranted and must perform all services professionally and to the satisfaction of Velex.
